All warranty claims will be processed directly through the team at ProFlow Suspension Services in Queenstown.
Please note, ProFlow Suspension is the sole authorised warranty assessor in New Zealand.

Once you have been approved for a warranty assessment, you can book directly with ProFlow Suspension using the link below.
Collect
nationwide warranty assessments via drop off/pick up or post. please allow 3-5 days for the assessment and the proflow team will be in touch

To book an EXT service, please select a service point listed below. EXT suspension components should only be serviced through an authorised service point. Please follow the below servicing recommendations to keep your EXT components at their ultimate performance:

Shocks should be rebuilt every 100 hours

Forks should undergo a lower leg service ever 50 hours and a full rebuild every 100 hours
